Meet my favourite Rock Band: "One Ok Rock"🎧🎸🎤🎼🥁
Hello! How are you all doing today?
♯🎸🤟💌🏩This is going to be my first music appreciation post! So I'm excited.
Though it's hard to just pick one band I truly love, I must say this particular band has really grown on me!
Meet "One Ok Rock"!
One ok rock- " The Beginning"
Just look at that perfect mix of English and Japanese! You can't say you hear that every day :P, it's hard to learn a foreign language and then to sing in it is just mind-blowing to me, and I give them props and respect. Even though their new music is more in English solely, to attract to the American Music Market and English general market worldwide.
So this was my first ever Japanese rock song and One ok rock song, I've never, ever really listened to foreign music, but clearly, as I could see I had been missing out. Even though I couldn't tell at first this awesome band was from Japan, since "Taka" (the lead singer) has really clear English speaking and singing. But looking them up afterwards, made me realize what a big phenomenon they actually already are in Japan! Even better they are taking over the U.S Rock Music market :), "pursuing the dream" they have always had, to come to America and tour Europe and many other places! They became most famous after opening up for a 5SOS ( 5 seconds of Summer: an Australian band) concert tour in 2016, many loved what they had to offer and were surprised an Opening Act could be so good! And I'm glad for what they have to offer to rock fans.

They have already been signed to "Fueled By Ramen" records in the U.S, as well as "Warner Brothers", and "A-Sketch" label in Japan, which by the way is an amaziiing music label with some great bands and music artists. xD
JUST LOOK AT THAT CROWD!
They pack stages in Japan! And now the U.S and other places alike!

But now that we got that out of the way!
Meet the lead singer! : Taka ( Takahiro Moriuchi)
does the vocals of One Ok Rock a.k.a OOR. He also has a younger brother whos band is also famous! Talk about talent in the family, his brother's band is My First Story, and his brother's name is Hiro. I will post them later!
He is one of the most humble and down to earth, talented people. His lyrics are incredibly wise and meaningful if you check out more of their music videos.
His parents were famous artists/singers, they wanted Taka and his little brother Hiro to study a good career instead, Taka started out as a little kid singing and ended up in a pop group by Johnny's Entertainment j-pop group called "NEWS",
I know crazy to think he turned out to be such a Rockstar!
But I'm happy he did!

Next! We have Toru!
(Toru Yamashita)
He is the Guitarist of One Ok Rock, I personally think he is pretty hot haha. He was actually the creator of the band! He was also in a hip-hop group with one other member of the band before creating and convincing Taka to be the lead singer of One Ok Rock. He used to bug him all the time, haha trying to convince him. And Takahiro finally gave in, so yay now we have them years later to thank for. One ok rock was created in 2005 in Tokyo, Japan

- (Ryota Kohama) after all, he likes to do cool breakdance moves during concerts and was in a hip hop group with Toru, so they were childhood friends long before the creation of One ok rock <3.
He also married Avril Lavigne's sister! And they welcomed home a beautiful newborn baby <3⭐🌟🌃

Well, there you go my first music band post! I hope you liked them and if not don't worry I'll post lots of other artists and different genres you might like and appreciate.
But if you did like One ok rock! Then great :D I'm happy, They are such a unique music gem I hope others can get into, their music is legendary, they are incredibly kind, funny and talented. Despite their massive success they still continue to grow and be humble. And there is a little of everything for everyone in their vastly varied music/songs. I love listening to them on Nature walks.
