Some of you may be familiar with mindfulness , while others may be new to it. Maybe you’ve heard it before but never really looked into it and never knew what people were referring to. Don’t worry! If that’s your case I will have a brief explanation as to what Mindfulness is :). We all live in such a busy world, whether you are being occupied with too many to-do lists, or could just relax a little bit more. Mindfulness is being present, not focusing on the past or on the future, as hard as that might be sometimes with regrets, mistakes or experiences in the past even though they do not “define us”. Or worrying about the future. That’s relatively how it may be for most of us. And that’s okay, it’s normal, but mindfulness is being in the here and now. The “Hakuna Matata” of life. Yes, "Lion King" knew it best! :P The good news is you can go about this in many ways! Mindfulness can be anything you make it out to be, listening to music, doodling or colouring art ...
