Everyone is different, what may work for one person may not work for another, and I respect that. But here I will sum up a variety of things that may help you next time you are in a stressful life situation. I am not a professional but I have had lived experience with severe anxiety, panic attacks, and anxiety attacks, and I'm sure we have all experienced being stressed at least once or more in our lives!
