  • This song is from their 9th album, and the concert I went to. let's just say they are VISUAL KEI/ METAL GODS <3 :) xD went to their concert, now I love them/ the Japanese- Visual kei genre :D and the overall rock metal genre. I didn't know headbanging to metal could be so much fun haha.

   Some of you may be familiar with mindfulness , while others may be new to it. Maybe youโ€™ve heard it before but never really looked into it and never knew what people were referring to. Donโ€™t worry! If thatโ€™s your case I will have a brief explanation as to what Mindfulness is :). We all live in such a busy world, whether you are being occupied with too many to-do lists, or could just relax a little bit more. Mindfulness is being present, not focusing on the past or on the future, as hard as that might be sometimes with regrets, mistakes or experiences in the past even though they do not โ€œdefine usโ€. Or worrying about the future. Thatโ€™s relatively how it may be for most of us. And thatโ€™s okay, itโ€™s normal, but mindfulness is being in the here and now. The โ€œHakuna Matataโ€ of life.   Anxiety can be a complicated thing to understand if you have never quite experienced it, this post will explain a little about what anxiety means to me, it might be a bit dark but I've been a bit down and felt like writing and expressing this. Welcome to my first Music Post!   ๐ŸŽถ  ๐ŸŽน ๐ŸŽธ   I grew up listening to all sorts of music, as a kid I loved 80's and 90's as well as 2000's pop, but when I turned 8 I remember being obsessed, truly loving this band called "Marianas Trench" I'm still a fan to this day! I went to their concert 1 month ago. Along with Marianas trench ( a band "name", not the ocean haha ๐Ÿ˜†) I remember loving the energy, lyrics, and instruments I heard in other songs like "Fallen Leaves": by Billy Talent,  and "Paralyzer" by Finger Eleven.  Rock music was new to me, and it being introduced to me was mind-blowing. I'll link those bands/songs down below.
